Do I provide any of the equipment?

     Not at all! Our technicians are prepared with all of the equipment needed. 

What kind of products do you use?

At 30 min. or less we believe quality is everything, Meguiar's & P&S is our only go-to product for all of our applications. For our Premium washes we use Adams and Meguiars for tire gel.

What kind of water do you use?

Quality is our main priority and use deionized water(leaves no water spots)

What are my payment options after service has been completed? 

     30 Min. or Less accepts cash, Apple Cash, Venmo & Zelle(QuickPay)

Am I charged to make an appointment/booking?

     Yes, there will be a small deposit charged through the site depending on the service. The remainder will be charged after the work has been done in person using cash, Apple Cash, Venmo or Zelle(Quick Pay).

Rain Check?

As far as weather, unfortunately 30 Min. or Less can’t control natural elements and therefore do not offer any rain checks. Customers should be sure to check the weather prior to booking. However, when there is rain in the forecast we will contact you a day prior to your appointment to please re-schedule or cancel if needed as we cannot work in the rain. If there is no rain shown in the forecast and unexpected rain during your wash we will re-schedule and come back another time at no extra charge.

What do I do after I book?

     Nothing! You will get a confirmation with all of the details. We will then contact you when we arrive at your car's location. We take care of the rest after.

Can I cancel/change my reservation? 

     Yes! On your original email confirmation there will be a re-schedule button on the bottom of the page. If you have to cancel appointment please call (714) 852-0763 to process your refund. You may cancel/change appointment at no charge up to 12 hours before appointment time. However, inside of 12 hours the deposit will be charged and not be refunded to compensate technician.

Do I need to be present for the service?

     Not necessarily. If not present, please make sure your car is parked where there is enough room for our car and enough space so other cars do not get wet. You can always leave cash in car or pay through Venmo, Zelle or Apple cash after service.

Are you open every day? 

     We operate 7 days a week from 8am-3:00pm.

Can my vehicle be washed at any location?

     We are able to wash at almost any location except: Shopping centers, malls, outlets, casinos, theme parks, schools, parks, UNLESS you have permission from the city or property manager. Please make sure that the vehicle is parked in an accessible area where our technician can work. Also, please confirm with your community/business that there isn't any restrictions. You will be responsible for the full amount if asked to leave. Please click on “ABOUT US” page and scroll down to “Restricted Areas” to view any particular areas that restrict us from washing and direct you to an alternative nearby address for services.

Do I need to provide water/electricity?

     No! All of our technicians carry their own generator and water supply.
