90% of the time we are punctual with appointment time. However, we may ask for a 15-30 min grace period due to unforeseen traffic delays(we will always keep you posted via text)
We understand that you might forget about your appointment or simply be late. We will wait 15 min. passed your appointment time after calling, texting and voicemail. If we don’t hear back after 15 min. this will result in loss of deposit.
